Full Moon Ritual for Rest
If you’d like, here’s a gentle Full Moon practice you can return to over the next few days.
Find a quiet moment, even just a few minutes.
Sit or lie down somewhere comfortable. Let your body be supported.
If it feels right, place one hand on your heart and one on your belly.
Take a slow breath in through your nose.
Exhale through your mouth.
Imagine laying the past cycle down ~ not to analyze it, not to fix it ~ just to rest it.
You might picture placing the year on an altar, or offering it to water, moonlight, or earth.
You can whisper to yourself:
“I’ve done enough. I am allowed to rest.”
Stay here for a few breaths longer than you think you need.
When you’re ready, thank your body for carrying you this far.
That’s enough.
YOU ARE ENOUGH.
